EffTec has created a detailed, downloadable chiller log that is streamlined with the EffHVAC service, reducing data entry time and potential errors. |

Log Into EffHVAC
Accessing the system is simple, secure and only requires an Internet connection. Go to www.EffHVAC.com and log in with your username and password. Multiple users can be managed with various levels of security. |

Chiller Selection
EffHVAC allows for an unlimited number of chillers in unlimited locations. Simply select the chiller you wish to access from an organized list. |

Chiller Data Entry
Data entry from the EffTec Daily Chiller Log is quick, easy and can be done by anyone in your organization that has Internet access. EffTec also provides data entry services to input current and past chiller data. |

Chiller Alarms
Alarm ranges can be customized for each chiller. Any data entered that is outside of these ranges will produce an alarm. The alarms page diagnoses possible causes of the alarm and provides troubleshooting and preventative maintenance tips relating to that alarm. |

Troubleshooting
When certain values are out of preset limits, a “Troubleshoot” button will appear, and when clicked brings up a new window with the troubleshooting guideline(s) specific to the alarm(s) that is triggered. Depending on the possible cause, the troubleshooting guidelines can be extremely detailed and useful in catching potential problems, extending equipment life or keeping equipment running efficiently. |

Daily Report
Once the chiller data has been entered, the chiller status will be displayed with a wealth of information including: a trend chart of all the day’s entries, a daily average efficiency pie chart, data tables based on the last entry made that day, the hourly operating averages and the day’s operating totals, a table with chiller start/stop times and run hours and a table detailing makeup, blowdown and evaporation. |

Calendar
From this page you can view the daily efficiencies, tons produced, costs for that chiller, loss or gain, water cost and projected evaporation credit for every day in that month at a glance. Individual days can be instantly accessed for more detailed information or to edit the day’s entries. Different months can be navigated to monitor chiller performance history. |

Monthly Reports
The EffHVAC Monthly Report displays: an operating averages and totals table*, monthly efficiency pie chart, a makeup, blowdown and evaporation table*, a run hours table, a daily average Kw/Ton chart, a daily Tons produced chart and a daily cost chart.
* Also includes year-to-date information.

There is a “Help” button available on every page of EffHVAC that will bring up a new window with information specific to that individual page. Help is designed to aid in navigating through the pages, comprehending information and educating on how to improve operations and efficiency. |
