What will be chances of freez up of cooler on 30GX358 chillers. Ambient temperature is 45 C and all cooler safeties are normal.
if some body has any idea or face these chillers can share the views.

Not knowing the exact specifications of this chiller, we can just give you some suggestions. At 45 C, the chiller is not likely to freeze up, in fact it's moving in the opposite direction and is gradually losing the refrigerant effect. Which would cause the chill water temperature to gradually climb due to the reduced heat transfer.
However, if the ambient air drops from 45 C to something like 21 C, overnight for instance, then it may cause liquid refridgerant to carry over into the condenser and potentially shutting down the chiller.
A Carrier representative should be able to look up the specifications for the particular chiller, since it appears to be a customized model, and answer these questions concerning operating in these ambient temperature extremes.

I will be come back soon for this topic with new problems, because these chillers has so many controversial issues not only in Middle East region but also in european region, both region having different ambiant temperature but the complaint is some (compressor burn out, Evaporator freeze up). We have same time Carrier US version chillers built in U.S. with same spacification running here but no major break down.
